~After years of living on auto-pilot one day I literally "woke up" and decided I wanted more out of life. It started with the journey of taking back my health because
NUTRITION MAKES THE DIFFERENCE and that literally changed the course of my life. I was tired of listening to and following the masses, no one I knew was living a fulfilled life, and I knew in my SOUL that I was merely plodding through life, wasting my time here. I decided I wanted different, and that meant making different decisions, fighting the comfort of "normal", investing time in myself, doing things differently and basically opening my life to FEAR, DOUBT, CRITICISM, CONDEMNATION, and FAILURE. We are all created with specific talents and gifts that fill a void in this world and the things that YOU are passionate about and that weigh on your heart to change aren't supposed to make sense to anyone else- YOU were created uniquely to rise up and fill it- so don't let ANYONE steal your dream, especially the voice in your head- you CAN do it, you WILL succeed, and you ARE exactly perfectly MADE to make it happen- God Bless you as you go out into the world and MAKE IT HAPPEN!
