Really having a hard time this morning being happy about my progress. I think I've watched far too many biggest loser episodes and my expectations are wack. So for now I'm not going to comment too much on it and let it sink in for the day....

Starting to see a bit of definition here and some shrinkage on the bottom half, and NO I have not been tanning, it's actually like 6am in the morning so the lighting is doing me some favors in this pic.
I definitely see more results in the side view pic, and I see my posture is improving as well...good to know! The lighting is NOT doing my cottage cheese any favors in this pic :/
